Having needed to relocate to Coos Bay we were on a time frame to find a place to live. The initial places that we looked at were either not suitable or we were outbid immediately.

Just on the verge of giving up and finding a rental, you spotted our house still on the market and we gave it a gander. BOOM! The right one had been found.

Thanks to you I did not give up looking. You kept assuring me that the right house for us would show up and you were absolutely correct!

Again, thank you very much. Although the company I work for will be leaving in July, I will be staying here with a good job and great house in an awesome neighborhood. I do not believe we could have found a better choice.

For several years we had been trying to sell our home. We tried three different realtors with no luck. At the end of each listing we received a letter from Raya asking us if we were tired of our home not selling. We always read her letter and she always said she had buyers looking for homes ours. We would toss her letter in the trash and call someone else. When our fourth listing expired we were feeling totally frustrated and another letter arrived from Raya. Out of desperation we said what the heck lets give her a call. We called her and she promptly arrive at our residence, answered all our question and we listed our home with her. First off I would like to apologize to Raya for me not writing this testimonial sooner. I’ve owned my property for about a year now. When I first started looking for a realtor I visited about 10 others and expressed my needs, I would usually get a response of about 3 to 4 listings. Not quite satisfied with there results I kept looking. When I contacted Raya and expressed my needs she responded with 30+ listings. A few days later she contacted me again with a new listing, a little out of my price range but exactly what I wanted. Raya worked very hard for me, the property was a foreclosure “cash only” deal and I could not afford the asking price. She worked with me, bidding on the property at least 6 times. She always kept me updated, and even though I never really thought I would get the property for what I could afford she encouraged me to hang in there.
